ULTRAPLATE - ultrasonic quality inspection of rolled plate

ULTRAKRAFT JSC will supply the ULTRAPLATE automated system for non-destructive ultrasonic quality inspection of rolled plate to Mill 2800 of Plate Mill Shop No. 1 (LPTs-1), Hot-Rolled Products Division (PGP), PAO Severstal, whose products are used in mechanical engineering and the manufacture of steel structures.

Ultrasonic quality inspection of rolled plate with the ULTRAPLATE system fully meets the steelmakers' product quality assurance requirements: it will not only detect defects in hot-rolled plates, their location and criticality in real time, but also increase production output and the operational stability of the equipment.
